St. Paul's Foundation Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in the St. Paul's United Methodist Foundation (SPUMFH) scholarship program. There are several scholarship funds administered by the Foundation and awarded annually. Typical SPUMFH scholarships range from $1,500 to $3,000. More information about scholarships is available at http://www.stpaulshouston.org/foundation-scholarships

Please review instructions and deadlines carefully. For full consideration, all items (including transcripts and letters of recommendation) must be submitted by email to foundation@stpaulshouston.org by 5 p.m., Monday, February 17, 2025. No exceptions will be made for late applications.

Scholarship funds should be used for tuition and related expenses at a qualified educational institution. Funds may also be used for books, fees, supplies, and equipment required for instruction. Please check your college or university's website for a current estimate of tuition and fees. Funds should not be used for room and board, travel for research, clerical support, or incidental expenses. Funds should not be used to pay prior semester expenses or for oustanding debt or student loans. Funds will be disbursed for the entire academic year and are not typically granted for summer, mid-term, or intersessions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you begin this application, you must complete it in one sitting. It is recommended that you print out the form in advance in order to simplify the application process. It is also recommended to write your essay, and paste it into the final form before submission.
